Take Blue Route (476) South to Exit 9 - Broomall
Go to the top of ramp and bear left onto Route 3 (West Chester Pike East) and stay in far right lane
Make first right at light onto Lawrence Road
Proceed to fourth light and make left on Parkway
Proceed on past one light
Go to second street after light on left side and make a left onto Marpit Road (landmark- The Iron Works)
Follow Marpit up to the top of hill and make a right onto Sussex Boulevard
Proceed on Sussex to "Satellite 5" Office Park, turn right into parking lot

From Philadelphia, Delaware, New Jersey and Points South

Take Blue Route (476) North to Exit 9- Broomall

Proceed to first light and make right on Lawrence Road

Follow Marpit up to the top of hill and make a right onto Sussex Boulevard
Proceed on Sussex to "Satellite 5" Office Park, turn right into parking lot
