Midlantic Business Alliance (MBA) encourages all members to attend networking events, workshops and other association activities.
Advance reservations to these events are appreciated and encouraged. When advance reservations are made, MBA uses the numbers to order food and beverage for the event. In addition, some events are held in locations where attendance is limited.
MBA’s Event Reservation Policy is necessary to prevent the waste of member dues that help fund association activities. Those who register are asked to observe the following guidelines when making reservations for an MBA event:

Seminars and Roundtable Discussions are free for members unless otherwise noted. The attendance charge for networking events, workshops and luncheons varies.

Advance reservations are encouraged in order to guarantee your spot at the event. MBA members will always enjoy a discount for making pre-paid advance reservations.

Payment is appreciated with advance reservations. Advance reservations may be made over the phone and paid with a credit card or sent via US mail and paid with a credit card, check or money order.

Advance reservations that are not pre-paid will be assessed an additional charge of $5 at the door for any event for which there is an attendance fee for members.

No reservations will be taken the day of an event. However, walk-ins are welcome. An additional charge may be applied at that time - usually $5.

No credit cards will be accepted at the door.
Cancellation/Refund Policy

Cancellations must be received no later than 24 hours prior to the event. Pre-paid reservations that are canceled at least 24 hours prior to the event will be refunded in full. No refunds will be issued for reservations canceled within 24 hours of the event.

Those who make advance reservations that are not pre-paid and who do not cancel at least 48 hours prior to the event will be billed a service charge as follows:
$10 for Seminars / Workshops and free Breakfast Events
Cost of the admission for Networking Events and Luncheons plus a $5 service charge
Inclement Weather Policy
- If an association event is canceled due to inclement weather or hazardous road conditions, the cancellation will be listed on MBA’s Voice Mail System and will be posted on the main page of this website. To access messages on our voice mail concerning events, please dial (800) 533-3732. Refunds will be issued if a program is canceled by MBA. If the event is not canceled, the Cancellation Policy applies to unused reservations.
